Opening The GUI
The main command for use with Grief Defender is /gd
change from 2d to 3d claim modes /cuboid
Creating Claims
to create a claim use /claim
once in claim mode right click 2 opposite corners (bottom corner opposite and top corner for 3d claim mode)
Setting up claim warps
Stand INSIDE your claim
Make sure your claim has an id using /gd claim id NameYouWant
Set the claim spawn using /gd claim setspawn
to teleport top that claim use /claimspawn NameYouWant
Giving people access
Access to your claim is managed using the TRUST mechanic. This simplest way to manage this is via the GUI, accessed with /gd
Once in the GUI
select Player
select Trust
The 3 main types of trust you will want to manage are:
- Accessors (levers, doors, trapdoors etc_
- Builders (place and break blocks)
- Containers (chests etc)
Resizing Claims
there are 2 main commands for this:
- /claimexpand
- /claimcontract
eg: /claimexpand 5 west
the direction can be up, down, north, south, east, west.
The number is the number of blocks you wish to expand or shrink(contract) the claim.
